JOB OVERVIEW:

The sales crew is a dynamic and sales-driven position. The successful sales crew member will be will and able to execute various takes within the sales department that expedites the sales process. They must be task oriented, responsible, and capable of completing any task requested with little-to-no supervision. Ability to back up and maneuver trailers using various types of equipment (e.g., truck, tractor, gator) is a must. Each sales crew member is a representation of our attitudes towards the customer and the right person for this job will be professional and courteous to the customer at all times. Sales crew members shall carryout their duties in a manner that assures safety for themselves, the customer, and marina property.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform daily opening and closing job duties.

• Treat all customers with first class customer service.

• Assist and support special events on-site and off-site that may take place outside of normal business hours.

• Assist in rotating showroom inventory.

• Work with sales personnel on check-ins, rigs, deliveries, and other sales related needs.

• Detail boats to ensure they are in immaculate, show room ready condition.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Anything else need or asked upon

REQUIREMENTS:

• On-road towing experience

• Boat trailering and hauling experience.

• Customer service-oriented attitude

• Valid driver's license and MVR record meeting company standards
