Lockheed Martin Strategic Planning Integrator and Analyst - Level 3 in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: Strategic Planning seeks a Strategic Planning Analyst and Integrator to support efforts across the Strategic Planning organization. As a member of the dynamic Growth and Resourcing Strategy team, this individual will also be working collaboratively with other team members and individuals from across the business in support of key Aeronautics strategic projects. The person in this position will be responsible for:

• Support strategic projects that span multiple directorates as Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) point of contact

• Directly support the VP of Strategic Planning as organizational integrator coordinating efforts across three directorates

• Ensuring consistent project support across organization to meet high-demand strategic projects and high op-tempo strategic planning cycles

• Aid senior project leads in the development and coordination of key strategic projects

• Support task coordination and process improvements for organizational efficiency gains

• Plan, track, and maintain organizational labor and non-labor budgets

• Managing the organizational reporting and coordination of internal meetings

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team environment

• Experience with project management and task tracking

• Experience crafting and/or supporting presentations for senior management and customers

• Microsoft Office Suite experience

Desired Skills:

• Well-developed organizational skills and attention to detail

• Detailed knowledge of Aeronautics, Lines of Business and functions

• Flexibility to quickly adapt to changing business environment and priorities

• Experience in supporting complex, strategy development in support of Aeronautics, Program, or Corporate/Other BA strategies

• Experience with analysis and data visualization on a wide range of market, environmental, policy, budgetary, operational issues

• Experience in hosting internal and external stakeholders to include industry and government personnel

• Excellent strategic & executive communication skills

• Ability to work independently while working directly with leadership outside of immediate hierarchy

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
