Job Description:

We are hiring a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, Parcel - 1st Shift (Onsite in Canal Winchester, Ohio). Your day shift start time will be 7:00AM EST from Tuesday – Saturday or Sunday – Thursday.

The base salary range for this position is $63,000 to $74,000, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job. This position is eligible for quarterly field bonus.

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor will lead a team of 40 - 50 full time and part time hourly employees and will manage ensuring the proper implementation and enforcement of policies, holding a high standard of safety and the continuous training of leads and associates in the warehouse. 

You will:

• Manage the prompt processing of all department activity including productivity, accuracy, and day end reports.

• Manage attendance employee records including time clock monitoring using Kronos and corrective actions.

• Partner with HR, Transportation, Quality Assurance and Maintenance to deliver excellent service to our clients.

• Be able to work a flexible schedule.

• Ensure a safe work environment by observing and coaching employees.

• Address potential safety hazards and keep a clean work area.

• Participate as a permanent member of the Safety Committee.

• Monitoring condition of all equipment and ordering repairs.

• Execute all other duties as assigned.

*As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you have:  *

• 2+ years related experience in a warehouse, distribution center, and/or fulfillment environment.

• Excellent attendance and a passion for ownership and driving accountability.

• Problem-solving sand forward-thinking skills.

• Ability to plan, organize and work independently with little management.

• Effective team communication, collaboration, and partnership

• Motivation to meet or exceed KPI’s and department Goal.

• Positive attitude and WIN mentality!
