Bank of America BSI Investigator in Chicago, Illinois

Job Description:

The successful candidate will handle background screening for new hires to Bank of America. The investigator will conduct employment and education verification, search various databases, research discrepancies and will also have the ability to cross train in other background screening areas such as criminal and credit investigations. Strong customer service skills are required as a significant portion of the job requires contact with companies and applicants. Must be able to review and analyze information, apply findings to documented procedures and guidelines, and make informed, risk-based decisions. Strength in organizational skills, ability to multi-task, comfort with various computer applications. Ability to work independently in a high production environment.
