What you will do:

As the Program Consultant – Rebuilds and Repair Options (internally know as a Senior Parts & Service Consultant), you will lead, facilitate, consult, and serve as an SME with broad responsibility for helping CISD drive aftermarket services growth for the Enterprise (i.e., the Machine Business Divisions, Engine Business Divisions, etc.).

  • Flex your knowledge, recognition, and machine expertise to positively influence and educate all internal partners prior to product launch and throughout the life cycle. You will serve as the key interface between CISD Regional Sales teams, Aftermarket Support Consultants, the Industries, and the Product Groups for assigned product models and geographies.

  • Manage complex global cross divisional rebuild projects to maximize sales and development, positively impacting existing processes that drive services growth through the Services NPI process.

  • Evaluate problems and review a large number of viable solutions, including developing new in-depth solutions, before selecting one option.

  • Establish and maintain existing metrics to monitor and review the effectiveness of existing strategies, suggesting necessary interventions for improvement.

What you will have:

  • Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.

  • Consulting : Knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical and business guidance.

  • Service Excellence: Knowledge of service concepts and techniques including technical understanding of assigned product models. The ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.

  • Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies leading to the ability to impact decisions within and outside the organizatio

  • Relationship Management: Knowledge and use of relationship management techniques leading to ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with partners.

  • Bachelors’ Degree OR 10+ years of Cat Dealer Product Support experience.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

  • Progressively responsible job-related experience in the areas of Prime Product Sales, Aftermarket Sales, Product Support Engineering, and/or Strategic Project ManagementExperience with Aftermarket Insights tools and Prioritize Service Events (PSE).

  • Strong analytical skills are required to perform detailed analysis and prepare strategic plans.

  • Effective communication skills and Change Management

  • Self-starter with excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to mange 3-5 complex projects at a time.

  • Locations: Peoria, IL; Chicago, IL; Cary, NC, Dallas, TX

  • Travel is up to 35%.

  • ISE assignment is not offered for this position.
