Lockheed Martin F-16/F-22 Electronic Warfare Technical Lead (Level 5) in Fort Worth, Texas

Become part of the IFG Electronic Warfare team as a technical team leader for its projects and programs. In this role you will work with the Product Lifecycle Manager to provide engineering leadership for a team accomplishing the design and development of new or improved capabilities for RF and CM subsystems. The candidate will serve as the internal and external customer focal point and lead for requirements definition, design, development, test, verification, qualification and production of hardware. You will provide technical guidance to early career engineers, advise program management on roadmap and technology decisions and play a critical role in the development of EW system architecture, design, and interface definition. Will serve as the technical manager for team internal and external design reviews when required.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Must be willing and able to relocate if necessary to Fort Worth, Texas.

A level 5 employee Typically has 14 - 20 years of professional experience.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in E.E. or a related discipline with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree; or 9 years of professional experience with a related PhD or JD; or 4 years of professional experience with a MD. Considered an expert, authority in discipline.

Strong Systems Engineering and/or RF Engineering development skills

Experience with military or government programs

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Airworthiness Certification.

• Experience developing RF or EW systems utilizing common integrated processing architectures.

•Experience with military or government programs.

• Previous military aircraft program experience

• Strong RF Systems Engineering development skills

• Exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills

• Demonstrated ability to deal with highly complex and challenging electronic systems

• Strong organizational skills – ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously; ability to identify and resolve task conflicts and issues; experience interfacing with customers and subcontractors; proposal technical leadership experience.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
