Lockheed Martin’s Contracts team is looking for a Contract professional with passion, desire to support the team, and detail-oriented problem-solver. As a member of the the Contracts team it will be your responsibility to support a team of professionals in a fast pace and dynamic, cross-functional environment, and strive to make all the pieces of the puzzle fit together to deliver quality products on time to our customers.

Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking an Associate Contracts Management professional that supports the Applied Research (AR) - Dallas, Tactical Missile Advanced Programs (TMAP), and Special Program (SP) – Dallas Product Areas under the Advanced Programs (AP) line of business.

Tasks include supporting proposal preparation, negotiations, contract administration, contract guidance and contract closeout; Reviews and evaluates customer requests for proposal/information or revisions to contracts; Assists with preparations of proposals, developing and review briefing packages, fact finding and negotiation; Assists with the creation and execution of multiple Intra-Lockheed Martin Work Transfer Agreements (IWTAs); Provides risk assessments and offers alternative approaches to mitigate risks, including alternative contractual language/clauses; Investigates and reconciles significant contract changes involving cost, specifications, schedules, etc. and advises management of contractual rights and responsibilities. Candidate should be able to handle multiple assignments and achieve program goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment as well as other duties assigned.

Candidate should be a self-started who is detail and teamwork oriented.

The candidate must be capable of building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers. Responsibilities also include being the primary contact with US Government contracting officer and the DCMA administrative contracting officer.

Basic Qualifications:

-Bachelors degree from an accredited college in

a related discipline, or equivalent

experience/combined education.

-Microsoft Office experience

-Demonstrated strong written and oral

communication skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
