Responsibilities :

  • Deliver leading-edge real time communications platforms as a foundation for collaborative services in order to enable the end user, empower the business, and operate seamlessly.

  • Manage the transition of technology change and complex technical projects in the Trader Voice & Regulated Voice Recording environment.

  • Translate the request into technical scope of work.

  • Evaluate user impact to execution strategy including pre-implementation, cutover, and post-change validation tasks.

  • Develop risk mitigation plan for pre, during, and post transformation.

  • Ensure migration process adheres to change control, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure proper understanding, documentation, and implementation of business requirements.

  • Effectively communicate overall program and status updates to key business stakeholders.

  • Effectively communicate upcoming migrations/project work to senior tech leadership.

  • Utilize proven track record of delivering global programs at an enterprise level across the voice technology space, not limited to regulated voice recording using NICE NTR voice recording system, Unigy trader voice, Cisco UC & CC Enterprise.

  • Utilize Unigy trader voice systems & IPC carrier network to understand the intricacies of private lines, hoots, intercom, zone deployments and replication.

  • Utilize Cisco UC to understand the enterprise voice space.

  • Provide architectural direction for risk remediation and oversight of voice recording environment, including development and management of voice application strategies using NICE NTR, Compass & Sentinel systems.

  • Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), CIS, MIS, or related; and

  • 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.

  • Must include 3 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Utilizing proven track record of delivering global programs at an enterprise level across the voice technology space, not limited to regulated voice recording using NICE NTR voice recording system, Unigy trader voice, Cisco UC & CC Enterprise;

  • Utilizing Unigy trader voice systems & IPC carrier network to understand the intricacies of private lines, hoots, intercom, zone deployments and replication;

  • Utilizing Cisco UC to understand the enterprise voice space; and,

  • Providing architectural direction for risk remediation and oversight of voice recording environment, including development and management of voice application strategies using NICE NTR, Compass & Sentinel systems.

  • The employer will accept 2 years of related work experience to meet the Bachelor’s degree requirement.
