Lockheed Martin Security Rep Senior in Marietta, Georgia

Description: This position supports the national security of the United States.

For more than 75 years, The Skunk Works has created revolutionary aircraft and technologies that push the boundaries of what is possible. The Skunk Works is an integral part of Lockheed Martin's Aeronautics business area and is responsible for advanced systems development including conceptual design and rapid prototyping of clean sheet solutions and improvements and derivatives to existing systems. We are looking for an experienced security professional to become a key member of the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) within the Security & Emergency Services (SES) organization in Marietta, GA.

The primary mission of the SES organization is to mitigate risk and promote the safety and security of company personnel and assets, and to ensure compliance with U.S. government and other customer security requirements in support of U.S. national security interests.

The chosen candidate for this position will perform as the Security Representative Senior supporting the Advanced Development Programs (ADP). The candidate will fill the Security Representative role implementing cost effective and value-added security solutions that fortify our nation’s emerging technologies.

Basic Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship

• Experience with DoD SAPs

• Experience with DoD Manuals 5205.07, Volumes 1-4

• Possess a Secret security clearance, current within

the last 6 years and be able to maintain SAP access.

Desired skills are additional skills that are nice to have and help narrow down a qualified candidate pool.

Desired Skills:

The right candidate will:

•Have experience in DoD Special Programs, Personnel Security, and Security Education and Training.

• Have experience with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705

•Be self-driven and results oriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently and across an ambiguous and uncertain landscape.

•Be highly organized and have advanced oral and written communication skills, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

•Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
