Job Description

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site.

This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

We are looking for a talented senior software engineer to help us create the world s most advanced solutions in the area such aircraft protection, RADAR Warning, Electronic Attack, anti-tamper, and cyber resilience for our defense related customers. Our products provide critical mission capabilities to address the ever-evolving challenges and threats to our nation s security and the war fighter.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of software tasks related to the EPAWSS system on the F-15 fighter aircraft including software planning, cost and schedule management, risk & opportunity planning, technical staff coordination. Additionally, the engineer will lead their team through all phases of software development including design, coding, test, and integration.

This position will fill a need at our Nashua, NH campus. All classified work is performed on-site.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor's Degree in a software related field and 10 years work experience developing software and / or leading small software teams in a technical capacity.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor's Degree and 15 years work experience or equivalent experience and extensive work in a classified environments. The ideal candidate will have mastered critical software tools such as git, bitbucket, DOORS, confluence and Coverity. The candidate should have extensive experience with Windows, Linux, and VxWorks operating systems. Experience with software algorithms related to electronic warfare RF measurements and countermeasures algorithms preferred.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
