What you’ll do:

  • Support shrink reducing initiatives, including safety, security, theft, and operational loss

  • Train store team on customer service behaviors and asset protection tools, resources, and reporting

  • Identify, track, and communicate external theft trends, causes, and resolutions

  • Build and maintain working relationships with internal and external business partners to gather market data on theft trends and resolution resources

  • Assist with prosecuting known theft incident through timely response and proactive case building, including mandated court appearances

  • Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our great product styles, features, and benefits

  • Become a product and brand expert of Carter’s, OshKosh, Little Planet, and Skip Hop to help families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14

  • Provide excellent customer service with an enthusiastic and visible presence on the salesfloor

Qualities we’d love in a candidate:

  • A positive and solutions-oriented mindset

  • Demonstrated customer service/engagement skills, including deescalating customer incidents

  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills

  • The ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks at once

You can:

  • Stand or walk for extended periods of time with frequent bending, stooping, reaching; climb up and down a ladder

  • Provide availability that may include shifts up to 8 hours on days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled
