Production Operator
Full- time 2nd shift (3:30pm-2:00am) hours only available.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Production Operator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Work at various machines or stations assembling product or operating machinery, picking and/or packaging finished goods, and/or inspecting products
Use computers as needed to run process operation, input data, update inventory, etc.
Follow operating procedures and customer specifications to produce quality products which are delivered to customer on time
Fill and process orders for shipment
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Six (6) months of manufacturing experience
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- 1 year of manufacturing experience
Work location: Onsite – Monroe, North Carolina
Relocation Assistance: Not Authorized
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

The starting rate of pay for this position is $20.63 per hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
