Johnson & Johnson's Human Resources/Talent Acquisition summer internship is a program designed to help successful, highly-motivated talent make an impact on patients every day and become tomorrow’s leaders. The internship is designed to provide an integrated, robust experience to successful, highly motivated, entry-level talent. Participants will experience the breadth and depth of J&J’s Talent Acquisition function through by participating in key projects and programs.

Assignments are chosen based on personal development, experience, interest, and business need.

Qualifications

Qualifications - External

A qualified candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)

  • A minimum GPA of 3.0 Cumulative is strongly preferred

  • Candidate must be affiliated with the Seeds program.

  • Candidate must be actively enrolled pursuing either a Bachelors or Master’s degree (but not necessarily taking classes)

  • Basic proficiency with the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required

  • Able to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and presentation skills and leadership qualities are required.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.

  • Candidate must have reliable transportation to and from work daily for the duration of the internship

  • Candidate must be able to work full time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship.
