Within the Technology Portfolio Management team, the Sr. Product Manager for Portfolio Tools will support transformation and evolution of our portfolio toolset, optimize customer experience, and create efficiencies in support of the Tech portfolio planning for the enterprise.

In this pivotal role, you will play a critical role in driving the development and management of internal tools essential for optimizing our technology investment management. Reporting to the Director of Product Management for Portfolio Tools, you will be responsible for executing the product strategy, collaborating with customers, and ensuring the tools meet user needs and enhance our business operations. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of transforming enterprise-level management tools, fostering innovation, and accountability within the team.

This is a hybrid role based in New York; Hybrid colleagues work a mix of in-office and virtual days, coming into the office 3 days per week. Leaders and colleagues will plan common days for in-person connection, collaboration, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Execution and Roadmap: Execute the product strategy and roadmap for internal tools supporting portfolio management, focusing on scalability, user efficiency, and integration with existing systems.

  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with Portfolio, Technology, and Product leaders to align the tools with their needs and the company’s strategic goals. Capture and prioritize user requirements and enhancements through regular feedback loops.

  • Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators and metrics to measure tool effectiveness, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

  • Go-to-Market and Adoption: Support change management efforts to promote adoption and usage across the organization. Develop documentation to facilitate user transition.

  • Customer Experience: Ensure tools meet user needs and objectives and offer seamless customer experience.

Who You Are:

  • Product Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing software or technology products, preferably within an enterprise setting managing internal tools.

  • Analytical and Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data, understand user needs, and translate them into effective product solutions.

  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams effectively.

  • Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira, Clarity, or similar.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing technology-based products.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Experience with portfolio management tools and financial scenario modeling is highly desirable.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually bonus benefits
