P&G is searching for our next Senior Director of Sales for First Aid Beauty, reporting to the CEO of First Aid Beauty. This leader will set strategy and lead all aspects of our North America retail business and P&L, with a large in-house HQ & Field team to ensure strong sell-through and execution across Key Accounts, Education, and Field Sales, developing and supporting them as they work to hit business and brand goals. This executive position is a critical leadership role internally and externally with key industry partners and retail customers. This Sr. Director role will be based in Boston, MA or New York, NY.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead North America retail strategy and channel performance to drive continued brand awareness and revenue growth.

  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with our retailers, defining & building a long-term differentiated strategy that grows the brand and its equity.

  • Accountable for sell-in and sell-through, owning the retail channel P&L end to end.

  • Lead a large cross-functional teams to drive:

  • Retailer exclusives & innovation roadmap to support retail growth.

  • Sales and budget planning/ forecasting and promotional strategy

  • Space and location strategy and execution including merchandising, retail marketing, and assortment planning.

  • Channel specific retail activations including EDU and Event initiatives.

  • Leverage internal sales data, market and consumers trends to inform strategy & forecasts

  • Serve as thought partner to the CEO, with ability to collaboratively make decisions and share a sense of stewardship for the overall brand, business, and team & partner with Sr. Director of Marketing to manage our omni growth strategy.

  • Champion First Aid Beauty culture & core values, including coaching & developing a large HQ & Field Sales team.

  • Liaise with other P&G Specialty Beauty brands (Ouai, Farmacy, Tula) and corporate partners to share best practices.

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in sales, with proven track record of scaling retail across multiple channels/partners, including directly managing sizeable brands at retailers such Sephora and Ulta.

  • Beauty and Consumer packaged goods experience required

  • Highly commercial and data-driven with experience owning a sizeable P&L

  • Collaborative and empathetic leadership skills

  • Experience building multi-year strategic plans

  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. Experience across large corporations and small businesses preferred.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance competing priorities, as well as a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and pitch in to ensure successful execution

  • Ability to travel as needed (30%)

Starting Salary: $182.6k – $246.4k/yea
