Manpower Group Customer Service Representative/Call Center in Palo Alto, California

Skills:

The FTE must possess the following skill set.

  • Must be a customer focused person who is self-motivated, friendly and has a passion for online communities and social media

  • Excellent customer interaction skills

  • Excellent writing and local language skills are required to be able to interact with customers in writing as well as excellent level of English

  • Comfortable communicating via Social Media in a professional and engaging manner

  • Ability to triage issues and escalations (decide what does and doesn't need to be escalated)

  • Familiarity with HP product lines and products (technical background desired)

  • Understanding of HP Support Channels and services offered (phone, email, chat, web, etc.) and familiarity with regionally preferred social media channels (ex. Facebook, twitter, etc.)

  • Ability to understand moderation and escalation processes and efficient, self-directed and detail-oriented work habits

  • Working knowledge of Windows OS, PC & Printer Hardware

  • Familiarity with basic web technologies a plus

  • Forum moderation experience a plus

  • Lithium Response or Social Media Engagement tools experience a plus

Schedule:

Agents must be available to work the following hours:

  • M-W: 10AM - 7PM PST

  • S-S: 9AM - 1PM PST, 4PM - 8PM PST
