Test Engineering Manager (Multiple Positions)
Test Engineering Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; Wilmington, DE): Drive quality testing solutions by planning and constructing test scripts through the use of quality processes and methodologies for Accenture or our clients. Develop end-to-end testing strategies. Define and track test metrics, including code coverage, quality, and performance. Execute testing efforts by delivering application and component releases. Establish testing tools and standards. Coordinate and execute regression testing, test automation, performance testing, functionality and usability testing. Determine and meet time estimates and schedules for testing efforts. Define Test Plans and entry/exit criteria. Develop, update, and maintain quality testing standards and procedures. Lead other Testers on the testing team and manage testing process questions and/or issues. Create test models (plans, data and scripts), including test data. Optimize process and methods to deliver quality work. Allocate test resources to application tests in a multi-test environment. Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management. Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management. Interact with client or internal senior management.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
• Of the required experience, 4 years of experience must be in each of the following: Performing test planning and generating test estimations employing (1) use case, (2) requirement complexity, or (3) top-down and bottoms-up methods for multi-system impacts; planning system testing cycles, including (1) application testing, (2) integration testing, and (3) supporting user acceptance testing (UAT); Identity Access Management domain and applications; experience in banking domain and application (Credit Card, Collection, and Recovery); automation tools including QTP/UFT and Selenium; Continuous Integration (CI) process; Agile software development life cycle; leading and mentoring teams to complete deliverables for clients; and, application and integration testing with Atlassian Jira, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools to associate test planning and test execution artifacts.
• Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
