The Textron Leadership Development Program for Human Resources is designed to create an accelerated path to industry related projects and processes across the Textron enterprise for a select number of high-performing new graduates. The program requires a 2 year commitment with 12-month rotations at two different Textron business units.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related field with emphasis in Human Resources
Minimum 3.0 GPA required
Must have a passion for Human Resources
Strong communication skills
Able to quickly adapt to change
Action and result oriented
Self-confidence and initiative
Previous internship experience preferred
Must be willing to relocate
