3M is seeking a Strategic Account Specialist for the Automotive Aftermarket Division located in Charlotte, NC.
Responsible for Training and technical support at the shop level of national MSOs (primary) and Regional MSOs as assigned by the Regional Business Manager. Focus on training 3M SOPs and organizing fit testing to maintain and grow market share as agreed to by 3M National Strategic Account Management and the top management of the MSOs. Consult with shops to improve productivity and profitability using 3M Performance Plus tools. Coordinate with and support CMM and Shop Specialist development of Regional MSOs on contracts and development programs. Performance Plus Expert for the region and utilize at national MSOs to support initiatives. Provide training and coaching on Performance Plus for the region.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Develops Content and training materials for Product Training along with technical service
Conducts joint field visits and coaching for SOPs at key end users.
Develop tools to support Automotive Aftermarket front line and business growth.
Develop P+ capabilities of regional team in addition to utilizing P+ at national strategic accounts
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
Ability to travel up to 50%
Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred
Experience in collision repair process
Skills include hands on abilities

Territory: South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia
Travel: May include up to 50% travel
Relocation: Authorized within country per 3M policies
