Role Summary:

Responsible for managing the delivery of and providing post-implementation support to HR systems that facilitate key Compensation COE processes.

Key Responsibilities:

§ Lead the technical work stream for the annual compensation cycles; ensure alignment between HRIS and compensation philosophies

§ Initiate and manage project schedules, coherence area work tasks, risk and issue lifecycles, change management engagement, testing, and remediation activities

§ Solicit and gather requirements for annual compensation cycles, including application configuration updates, additional data elements, communications and training gaps, integration updates, and reporting

§ Perform root-cause analysis of data quality issues. Collaborate with HR partners on data clean-up and sourcing activities

§ Collaborate with assigned production support resources to ensure all necessary updates are communicated and delivered on time

§ Perform administrative and configuration changes within the application, where feasible

§ Provide direction to assigned data analyst, ensuring accurate and timely data uploads to the system

§ Manage post-implementation activities including lessons learned sessions and activities

§ Ensure data and application configurations are kept in alignment with upcoming Compensation COE initiatives and priorities

§ Manage the annual compensation surveys refresh process with the vendor

§ System vendor management

  • Minimum - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience

  • Minimum of five years of project management experience

  • PMP certification

  • Global experience; direct involvement with compensation and technical professionals at different levels in the organization across geographies

  • Strong planning, organizational, project leadership, and meeting facilitation skills

  • Effective interpersonal skills

  • Experience in analyzing large volumes of sensitive data

  • Human Resources and Oracle Cloud experience preferred
