  • 4 year Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 2 years Primary Care sales experience OR 2+ years business to business experience with ability to demonstrate proof of sales performance

  • Current neurology sales experience with established relationships preferred

  • Proven successful sales track record – proof of sales performance required

  • Residence within geography is required / no paid relocation

  • Product Launch experience preferred

  • Demonstrated self-starter and highly motivated

  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to deliver results

  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team member and effectively communicate within different levels of an organization

  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and computer skills essential

  • Solid business acumen including excellent and persuasive business communication

  • Demonstrated ability to plan, analyze and act upon sales data within an assigned geography

  • Valid driver’s license that meets with Quintiles driving standards is required

  • Ability to travel as necessary is required
