Weyerhaeuser HR Service Center Representative in Seattle, Washington

This role supports employees across the continent, and your day will start as early as 6:00 am. This is a hybrid role which requires you to work a minimum of one day a week in our Seattle Headquarters building in Pioneer Square, two blocks from King Street Station.

*Primary Responsibilities *

  • Respond to employee, manager and HR inquiries regarding pay, benefits and HR policies/processes.
  • Complete HR transactions within established service level agreement standards.
  • Document and track issues in case management system.
  • Prepare and mail benefit related communications.
  • Provide transactional and administrative support for HR systems and business processes.

Experience:At least one year of customer service experience with data entry. Have this experience with payroll, benefits or HR exposure? We can’t wait to talk to you!

Core Skills:Accelerated ability to multi-task and easily adjust priorities and focus. Sharply honed communication skills – both written and verbal. Professionally handles sensitive and confidential information.

Soft Skills:Act with urgency, identify simplifications, be a supportive teammate, demonstrate initiative

Technical Skills:Technically agile and able to learn new systems quickly. Proficient with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Previous PeopleSoft, Workday or UKG experience a plus.

Education:Associate Degree or higher

What We Offer

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $48,200 to $72,200 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.

Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with paid vacation for up to 3 weeks to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 hours along with paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
