JOB PURPOSE:

• 完成工厂公共系统及生产设备设施的维修维护,确保公司设备设施正常运行。

JOB DUTIES:

• 负责自身安全工作，评估安全风险，监督同事的安全行为，识别工作场所安全隐患。

• 主动学习设备设施的相关资料，熟悉设备设施相关信息，工作原理，备件等并通过技能考核；

• 按部门要求完成巡视检查工作，确保各设备工作区域准时巡检、各项仪表准确抄读记录、公共设备的正常运行、上报巡检中发现的异常问题；

• 处理设备设施的保养工作，按时完成各项保养计划

• 处理公司内设备设施故障等维修工作。

• 跟踪维修结果，确保设备设施的功能及安全防护；

• 执行上级安排的各项工作安排，如设备设施类移位、安装、厂房类杂项及改进改善工作。

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 中专以上学历，机电相关专业

• 一年以上相关工作经验，具备一定的机电相关知识

• 持有初级以上机电类相关专业等级证书，具备国家相关部门颁发的高低压电工证

• 具备自动化设备的相关维修经历及PLC的基本应用知识是必须的。
