The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role involves applying procurement expertise to implement best practices and supply management strategies. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance customer service and support business excellence across multiple categories.
What You'll Work On:
Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and promote procurement tools and strategies.
Support category management, support of supplier scorecards, and sustainability initiatives.
Assist in achieving annual targets and supporting category goals.
Manage contracts, supplier selection, and process efficiency.
Develop and implement RFPs and manage ad-hoc purchases.
Educate stakeholders on procurement solutions and tools.
Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and tools.
Communicate and implement changes within the organization.
Resolve issues related to procurement technology and supplier performance.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or logistics.
Strong contracting and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply management strategies.
Proficiency in contract management and procurement technology platforms.
Strong project management, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in developing RFPs and managing supplier relationships.
Familiarity with Source to Pay technology platforms.

The base pay for this position is $60,000.00 – $120,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
