What You Will Work On:

Our Global Treasury Group is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to work in our Lake Bluff location.

This role will focus on leading daily currency exposure identification, analysis and trading operations for the companies in house bank, including daily reporting. Additionally, this role will manage:

• Lead daily intercompany hedging operations for the in-house trading company and related currency trading with 3rd party bank

• Responsible for the timely preparation, review and distribution of monthly financial reports associated with the company's intercompany and 3rd party foreign currency hedging programs

• Provide financial and analytical support for in-house bank, in-house trading company, Headquarter Companies, affiliates, and management

• Work closely with 3rd party banks, vendors, and CTU customers to improve financial and operational outcomes

• Operate independently with moderate supervision and challenging time constraints

• Support the CTU manager with:

• Administration of the cash flow hedge program

• Analysis and preparation of quarterly LBE's and annual plan

• Maintaining systems, workstations, procedures, directories, and related tools

• Quarterly/annual financial disclosures for 10 Q/K

• Internal and external audit requests

• Additional items as assigned

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years combined experience in Treasury, Finance Accounting or related financial discipline

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business or related field.

• Prior experience managing foreign exchange and working with International Affiliates in Corporate Treasury is highly desired.

• Strong attention to detail, accountability, independent and proactive thought, and decision -making skills are critical.

• Requires strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with ability to work independently and within a team setting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

The base pay for this position is $72,700.00 – $145,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
