What will I be doing?

In this role, you will:

• Assist in the management of all Food and Beverage operations, including guest service, food and beverage quality, inventory management, outlet reservations, systems management, budgeting and forecasting, marketing, report generation, and departmental meetings.
• Ensure consistent food quality and presentation, as well as monitor cost and portion controls.
• Support team member performance by supervising, scheduling, conducting evaluations, and delivering recognition and rewards.
• Meet and greet guests, responding to inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and friendly manner.
• Monitor service and satisfaction trends, evaluate issues, and make improvements as needed.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training team members to foster a strong and cohesive team. #LI-AT3
