Kellanova Manager, CRM in Addison, Illinois

As Manager, CRM you will use your consumer first and data-driven mindset to foster consumer relationships that drive retention and re-acquisition for Kellanova’s iconic brands. This Chicago based hybrid role is a critical enabler for executing Full Funnel Marketing across all brands. It involves engaging with consumers at the right time and with the right message to keep them connected with our brands. This helps build lasting relationships through email, SMS, loyalty programs, and a seamless digital experience.

This role is part of the US Digital Consumer Experience team (DCX) and collaborates with brand and cross-functional partners to embed capabilities and inform the future product and capabilities roadmap. Core responsibilities for this role include activating 1st Party Data to build unique consumer journeys through segmentation and personalization. Additionally, it involves owning the CRM strategy across Kellanova’s unique brands and enhancing capabilities across email, SMS, and loyalty tactics.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • CRM Strategy Execution – Develop and execute CRM strategies that heavily involve segmentation, personalization, scalability, testing, and new technologies like AI. Partner with brand marketing and creative teams on the day-to-day execution of emails. Review competitors to inform decisions and stay on top of new trends.

  • Loyalty/CRM Insights – Leverage deep expertise in Loyalty/CRM customer journeys to provide recommendations for offer management, testing and personalization opportunities, and new segment builds. Additionally, develop behavioral-based campaigns for email (triggers), SMS, and push notifications. These efforts aim to increase loyalty enrollments, activation, engagement, and retention.

  • CRM Strategy Impact – Lead the strategic development of CRM strategies that deliver maximum impact, aligned with each brand’s unique growth goals.

  • Reporting & Insights – Build reports, communicate success stories, and share key learnings with the marketing and broader teams to evaluate performance and develop action plans that drive results.

  • Product & IT Collaboration – Partner with product and IT teams to implement new features and data connectors that enhance communications. Ensure the ability to relay business requirements, expected impact, and desired results.

    We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.

  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: CRM, email, SMS, loyalty tactics.

  • Marketing technology knowledge: Adobe Campaign or similar email service providers, Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.

  • Demonstrated strength (technical skills & knowledge) in digital marketing competencies.
