This is your chance to be a part of an in-house Commercial Capabilities team that’s using guest insights to evolve our industry-leading channels and deliver personalized experiences. As a Senior Manager for Revenue Management (RM) Solutions, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the RM Solutions team reporting to Director of Commercial Capabilities, you will support the innovation, solution design, development, and deployment efforts to provide best in class Revenue Management and Pricing capabilities for the commercial teams across Hilton hotels globally.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Support the Sr Director and Director of RM Product Solutions to deliver the development of prioritized roadmaps and execution plans to bring new revenue management and pricing capabilities to life.
  • Write high-level and detailed requirements for prioritized capabilities and features, aligning with business and technology partners to ensure a differentiated customer experiences, thoughtful operational impacts and measurable commercial and customer outcomes.
  • Represent the work of RM Solutions across broader Hilton communities, including brands, commercial, pricing, marketing & loyalty, communications, owner relations, customer experience and portfolio planning teams.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Partner with both internal SMEs and vendors to ensure the most efficient and effective, commercially focused implementation of both new and enhancements to existing capabilities against the revenue management capability roadmap
  • Work with business partners, vendors, internal Project Managers, and third-party Project Managers to achieve goals and mitigate risks. Set priorities when competing objectives exist.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • You will be working on several projects aiming to further enhance current Revenue Management System (RMS) capabilities to improve both pricing decisions and overall revenue performance.
  • Manage problem resolution within project schedules, often embracing ambiguity and working to achieve clarity.
  • Manage the involvement of Revenue Management business SME's and effectively engage with the wider business audience to gather widespread support for projects.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Seven (7) years of overall professional work experience
  • Two (2) years of hospitality Revenue Management experience
  • Travel up to 25% of the time as needed

It would be useful if you have:

  • Ten (10) years of overall work experience
  • Six (6) years of Technology related experience
  • Four (4) years of hospitality Revenue Management experience
  • Experience with vendor management
