Hilton Senior Revenue Manager, Full Service RMCC Managed in Addison, Texas

As a Senior Revenue Manager, Full Service RMCC you will support the team that's helping hotels consistently grow market share and outperform competitors. On the Managed team reporting to Director, RMCC Americas, you will work on projects including contributing to systems and process improvements and mentorship opportunities.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Identify and set appropriate total hotel revenue for all portfolio hotels by collaborating across teams to establish strategy for all revenue streams including, but not limited to, room pricing, F&B, group, catering & events, and marketing.
- Conduct weekly Commercial strategy meetings to discuss booking pace, performance, and hotel-specific goals, ensuring important partners agreement on revenue strategy and pricing.
- Forecast future performance, identify trends, and act upon risk and opportunity.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Strategize with hotel teams, regional teams, revenue, and marketing partners, aligning what is best for the hotel with what is most important to the senior leadership teams.
- Interact with the General Manager, Director of Sales, Director of Finance, and Front Office Manager. Other important revenue management partners may include Regional Revenue Management team, Regional Sales team, Regional Marketing team, ownership and management company representatives, and other Commercial Services team members.
- Partner with peer Revenue Managers to discover solutions and share best practices.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of work experience in Revenue Management
- Full-Service experience required
- Experience managing hotel rates and inventory
- Experience with forecasting or validating system forecasts of hotel room revenue, on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
- Strong commercial strategy mindset, with experience in cross-team collaboration as well as communication directly with senior leadership and ownership groups
- Experience analyzing, and explaining statistical data to develop strategies and generate a course of action
- In-depth knowledge of industry analytical reports such as STR and shop reports
- Travel up to 10% of the time
It would be useful if you have:
- Knowledge of Hilton's Revenue Management systems
- On-property hotel or Hospitality experience
