Our location in Alameda, CA is seeking a Product Manager to assist in the development and management of digital and ecommerce products for the Digital Technology Services (DTS) team delivering products for our Diabetes Care division including eCommerce platforms Digital solutions. The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for the design and development global commerce capabilities, customer and agent facing experiences and providing strategic support on the evolution of the DTS products and services offered to our internal divisions. This position will serve as a digital product management point of responsibility reporting into the Digital Technology Services team aiming to bring a consumer revolution to the world’s leading digital and commerce technology.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Design, define and develop the eCommerce product(s) to support direct to consumer and business to business sales for the ADC product portfolio
Work with internal and external teams to design and project manage the delivery of improvements to customer experience in both a customer facing and agent facing context,
As part of the Digital and Commerce leadership team, contribute to the DTS leadership team globally by leading, engaging and building team capability in parallel to the products and services we support,
Work with and manage external vendors to deliver on critical strategic projects for the business and,
Assist the DTS organization to adopt the product mindset in delivery and build this capability within the global team
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Required
Bachelor’s degree with at least 4-6 years related experience, with at least one year of experience in marketing or product management, or MBA with 1-3 years of related experience.
Strong presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking and analysis of market conditions.
Preferred
MBA or alternative advanced degree
Product management experience in consumer or consumer products or services preferred.
Previous healthcare marketing experience
Deep knowledge of digital product management including familiarity with Confluence, JIRA and agile design/development methodologies.

The base pay for this position is $146,700.00 – $293,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
