The Opportunity

This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Diabetes Care division where we're focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.

This onsite Senior Specialist Repair & Maintenance role is responsible for supporting operations, assisting/leading budgeting, invoicing and planned functions. Communications within group, stakeholders and boarder sitewide skills are required.

What You’ll Work On

• Resolve day-to-day technical problems within facilities operations (finance, site service support matters). Support financial aspects for sourcing, vendors, POs (Purchase Orders), invoicing and assist with oversight of planned visits and planned work execution.Lead or support renewal of services and assist with annual budget setting.Provide project management support for smaller projects (100K or less). Become a central communicator for planned and unplanned communications to site occupants while also ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

• Experience and a good understanding of working in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) applications like Maximo for work order and maintenance plans executed.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree

• Minimum 4 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, and operations. Responsibilities should include providing support to maintenance teams, managing schedules, handling financial tasks such as purchase order requisitions and budgeting, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

The base pay for this position is $86,700.00 – $173,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
