Knowledge of the regulated water/wastewater business within the region then this role is for YOU! APPLY TODAY for immediate consideration!* _ Primary Role_ Supervise, coordinate and administer the new water and wastewater system construction programs. _ Key Accountabilities_ * Interface with developers, developer engineers/contractors, company engineers and operations associates and state/local regulatory bodies to ensure efficient installation of new water and wastewater projects. (10%) * Coordinate with Division Manager and the state Director of New Business Development regarding system growth opportunities. (10%) * Administer the developer-install and Company-install water and wastewater construction program for new developments. (10%) * Review and approve new development plans to ensure the proposed system meets company and regulatory standards. (10%) * Research and develop growth opportunities for the company and coordination of those opportunities. (10%) * Review and approve new development plans to ensure the proposed system meets company and regulatory standards. * Ensure inspection during construction and that as-built information is recorded and tracked properly. * Implement and foster the coaching and development of employees, including idea generation, within respective functional areas. * Supports manger to ensure effective people management policies and practices are developed and implemented (e.g., time and attendance, workforce management, etc.) and ensure resources are developed and deployed appropriately. * Continue to reinforce the importance of developing a diverse workforce. * Work collaboratively with other functional leads to mitigate business risks. * Implement effective communications at all levels of our operations. * Provide effective leadership that will enhance our abilities to be flexible to changing business environments. * Contribute to effective communication by listening and providing constructive feedback; supporting the creation of an open and honest work environment; cascading and sharing knowledge and information relevant to other members of the team and colleagues across the business.
