Fiserv Application Specialist, Staff in Alpharetta, Georgia
What does a great Application Analyst do?
You will respond to, investigate and resolve issues involving production applications and systems using documented procedures and solutions. Advance and/or engage other support groups as needed to meet service targets for resolution quality and timeliness. You will accurately and concisely document production support issues for subsequent root cause analysis and operational and management analysis and reporting. Perform routine system administration and maintenance tasks on schedule. Validate application system after planned maintenance and as needed.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration :
4 yrs. of related IT experience.
Experience with IIS - Administration, Windows Admin, TCP/IP
Experience with Windows Server Application, SQL Database and Query.
Experience using Scripts (BAT, VBScript, Powershell).
Some knowledge in emerging technologies.
Must be able to work on weekends.
High school diploma required. Bachelors degree is preferred.
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
Online banking application or financial applications experience.
