TKO is seeking a Systems Engineer to provide UX usability engineering, testing and training support for the Cybersecurity Intelligence Team (CIT) TTO. This TTO is a portfolio of cyber security projects supporting the cyber security organization.

The candidate will interface directly with the customer, development teams and leadership to support the modernization of the projects within this portfolio. The candidate will provide support in re-designing existing UX platforms and as new products are developed, the candidate will support the design of new GUI interfaces. Additionally, the candidate will lead usability studies to better understand the user workflow and recommend changes based upon study findings. Furthermore, the UX engineer will support the creation of training modules to further engage users in leveraging the functionality across the GUIs for each project.

• Understand and design color palettes

• Experience creating mockups

Basic Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or GED plus ten (10) years of general systems engineering experience.

OR

A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field plus six (6) years of systems engineering experience.

OR

A Master’s degree or PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field plus four (4) years of systems engineering experience.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in customer discovery and engagement

• Experience creating wireframes

• Understand and design color palettes

• Experience creating mockups

Desired Skills:

•Knowledge of 508 Compliance

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
