THE WORK

• Coordinate with the Government customer, and enterprise partners, as well as the program’s leadership, development, and test teams.

• Perform an analysis of customer requirements and assisting in determining a systems design plan while collaborating with development teams.

• Develop Interface documentation and modeling that will be used to map systems applications to ensure products are making the most impact to our customers.

• Assist in the generation of pre and post-deployment material for delivery and should have expertise in system design and interface organization.

• Generate and update architecture artifacts representing the software baseline and deployment environments.

Basic Qualifications:

- Must possess an active security clearance with polygraph

- Seven (7) years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and, complexity is required.

- Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

- Working knowledge of Agile development framework tools

- Collaborating with customers for requirements refinement

- Assisting development team with action plans

- Communicate status, risks, priorities, and milestones

Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly SP

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
