JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Orchestration and Workflow Automation team is responsible for the activation of customer-centric, orchestrated marketing campaigns across Marriott’s owned marketing channels. The Manager, Marketing Orchestration Operations will partner with key stakeholders across the company, as well with individual channel owners to activate audience-led, value-based marketing campaigns that will fuel Global Cobrand Credit Card program growth. S/he will be the Adobe Workfront Cobrand group administrator, will lead persona-based training for new and existing Workfront capabilities and will own the orchestration operations process from intake to activation. In addition, s/he will be responsible for leading elements of campaign launch, project management, measurement, and reporting for the Cobrand program and other marketing stakeholders showing campaign progress and optimization opportunities.
The successful candidate will need to work in a fast-paced, quick-to-market environment while maintaining an impeccably high standard of accuracy as well as work with groups across multiple time zones. The candidate must be self-motivated and able to manage their own time. This role reports into the Director, Cobrand Marketing Orchestration.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience Required
4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management and 2+ years of relevant experience OR 4+ years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively against timelines
Demonstrated ability to think independently and create solutions
Experience with at least one of the following: Adobe Workfront platform group or global administration, Workfront Fusion, and/or advanced reporting in Workfront
Experience working in Adobe Target platform
Experience managing cross-channel, integrated, digital marketing campaigns that include Email, Web, Mobile App
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Adobe Workfront Group Administrator
Manage user profile (access levels/permissions) for users entering the system
Manage Cobrand Workfront group reports and dashboards, custom fields, and forms
Present regular Workfront usage and process efficiency updates to Cobrand business team
Own Cobrand Workfront group data analysis and gap identification. Coordinate with Global System Administrator on filling identified data gaps
Lead Workfront Cobrand Champions sessions to vet changes, understand impacts, ensure consistency/alignment across teams, etc.
Own Cobrand Workfront group annual capabilities and optimization roadmap
Partner with Cobrand marketers, external agency leads and working teams to identify Workfront optimization requirements
Work with Global System Administrator to build, UAT and launch optimizations within Workfront group and present and provide updates during monthly Workfront cross-team Governance sessions
Adobe Workfront Group Training Lead
Develop, maintain, and deliver Workfront training to Cobrand marketers, working teams and external agencies
Work with Workfront Global Administrator to optimize training material content and accessibility
Maintain and update Cobrand Group JumpSeat in-platform interactive training guides
Marketing Orchestration Operations Lead
Lead end-to-end delivery of consistent, audience-led marketing experiences across channels
Direct and manage orchestration processes and best practices that unify internal and external teams, SMEs, and data and technology capabilities
Own Cobrand marketing calendar implementation and activation (intake, weekly review, prioritization, commitments)
Manage in partnership with data strategy, advanced data science, analytics, channel owners, marketers, and agencies, implementing marketing assets (content, offers, audiences) across campaign touchpoints
Work in Adobe Target to set up and activate Cobrand marketing audiences and messages in placements in transactional and Marriott Bonvoy marketing emails and CEC channel
Partner with team members to support Cobrand test account creation and implementation in lower and production environments
Manage agencies and external partners for planning and execution activities

California Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $64,480.00 to $131,705.00 annually.
Colorado Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $61,613.00 to $119,734.00 annually.
New York City & Westchester County, NY Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $74,550.00 to $131,705.00 annually.
Washington Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $65,478.40 to $131,705.00 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus. Employees will accrue 0.4616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
