As a Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for the Material posture, storage and movement across the site. Key responsibilities include:

• Drive safety culture focused on exposure reduction.

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Warehouse and Logistics, including any coordination of changes with scheduling, resource allocation, equipment, and workflow management.

• Accountable for development and performance to departmental KPI s along with identifying improvement opportunities.

• While adopting the BAE Systems CMS One Team philosophy, you will interface with internal customers and collaborate cross functionally to drive problem resolution and process changes to improve material on time delivery to the floor.

• Develop strategies and process improvements related to Material Storage, Receipt, Lineside delivery and Reporting.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Program, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution of production plans.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience or equivalent experience

• Ability to lead and manage in a cross-functional environment with complex issues and rapidly changing priorities and assignments

• Proven experience identifying and driving process improvements through experience and analytical/data driven methods

• Prior leadership experience in Warehousing / Logistics

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Oracle ERP Experience in Defense (DoD)/Government Contracting environments

• Bargaining Unit Management Experience

• Training in a formal continuous improvement methodology (Lean, Six Sigma, TPS, etc.)

• APICS Certification

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $78930 - $134190

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
