Production Clerk - Arbuckle, CA

This is a Salary Non-Exempt position

Position Summary:

  • This position offers an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Main Office department of Rice Mill.

Job Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to:

Gathering data from multiple departments

  • Daily shipping reports from shipping/scale house Gathering all the information reported daily to create spreadsheets ▪ Tank inventory sheets

  • Export spreadsheets

  • Physical Inventory put on hold or extra on floor

  • Reviewing all movement of rice throughout the mill and process in the system, accounting for all receiving, milling, sorting, packing, shipping, storing and losses.

  • Processing in JDE and logging in multiple excel sheets.

  • Generating accurate Book to Physical reconciliation sheet

  • Three different cycle counts done monthly.

  • Tank measurements

  • Bulk physical inventory

  • Packaging reports

  • Milling reports

  • Paddy receiving reports

Revising data and generating multiple reports that drive Plant plans for management

Monthly Cycle counts (Inventory)

All cycle counts need to be done timely - scheduling and executing is done within a normal workday, multitasking and attention to detail is a must.

  • All Cycle counts are audited at end of month, reconciliation and accountability is required.

  • Communicate with multiple colleagues through-out the day in order to get accurate data timely.

  • ADM accounting and auditing team is in constant communication checking and verifying all movements done in system, you must be able to answer and account for everything done.

  • Communicate well with Colleagues/Management efficiently

Auditor Communication

  • Perform miscellaneous assignments as instructed by Supervisor

  • Communicate well with colleagues/Management efficiently

  • Ensuring safe operations

  • Enforcement of all ADM policies and procedures

  • Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures.

  • Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values

  • Ability to work in a diverse team

  • Able to communicate with all levels of the organization

  • Can work overtime as needed

  • All other duties assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Ability work under pressure, well with others

  • Good attendance.

  • Basic Computer skills

  • Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures

  • Respectful, positive attitude

  • Strong work ethic

  • Must be self-motivated

  • Must possess excellent leadership, team building, problem solving, time managing, and organizational skills

  • Bilingual is a plus

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
