If you are fueled by results, intellectually curious, and want to get in on the ground floor of building the future of snacking in retail at Walmart – this is the team for you! * What You’ll Do* • Assist in building the strategic vision and priorities for the seasonal business unit at Walmart • Proactively identify marketplace opportunities which lead to category growth. • Develop and manage projects that create the future of the category, including space acquisitions, fixture innovations, feature implementations, merchandising standards and beyond. • Synthesize actionable insights using retailer data and internal/syndicated data sources. • Leverage analytical tools such as Space Planning, MasterCard APT, Alteryx, Tableau, and more. • Develop modular/merchandising strategies and ensure timely and accurate seasonal execution timing • Merge physical and digital strategies to ensure consistency in category / seasonal execution across all fulfillment models. • Grow connectivity with Walmart and identify new contacts to extend reach and capabilities. • Establish yourself as the leading provider of seasonal category strategies and expertise, both to Walmart and within your team. • Enhance cross-functional capabilities by working alongside counterparts in other areas of our Advisor team. • Question the status-quo and continually challenge yourself and the team with what is possible. • Closely partner with teammates to develop strategy and assist with order writing process. • Ideate, Develop & Test strategic solutions that enhance the customer experience within Seasons. * What You’ll Need to Succeed* • Intellectual Curiosity • Customer-First mindset • Impactful data-driven story telling experience • Strong problem-solving capabilities • Advanced Analytic Skills • Project Management and organizational skills • Technical skills to include space management software, syndicated and panel data sources, data analysis and visualization tools, Microsoft Office • Advanced understanding of Consumer/Shopper Behavior and Market Research Strategies • Knowledge of Category Management processes and CPG Industry trends • Category Management and/or CPG Sales experience (5-7 years) • Bachelor’s Degree required #LI-AM1 The Hershey Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
