Ensure policies, procedures and all activities are carried out to support BRS goals and objectives at the Site level and in the Product Development and Quality Department as assigned.

1) Ensure Safety, Environmental, Quality requirements and “where applicable” ResponsibleSteel requirements are followed.

2) Work with Product Development, Quality Group and Sales on new grade development and process improvements. 3) Work with Customer Solution Specialists to expedite and accommodate customer requests.

4) Assist in internal reject and customer claim investigations to determine root cause.

5) Support all departments as needed to strengthen BRS profitability and continual improvement efforts.

6) Carries out the assigned duties of a Team Member to support Product Development.

7) Focus on process improvements across all grades.

  • Candidates must be a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree or PHD

  • Be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Skills:

1) Quality and detailed oriented.

2) Strong Metallurgical/Material Science knowledge and understanding with good organizational / time management skills with strong technical and analytical problem-solving abilities.

3) Strong communication and computer skills; ability to work independently and ability to work proactively with other departments
