MFC is seeking a Program Finance Manager for a position in Arlington, TX on the Lower Tier IAMD Evolutionary Development programs.
What You Will Be Doing
This position is responsible for - Managing direct report employees who manage the monthly Earned Value Business rhythm in a full DFARS environment, provide variance reports, submit Financial CDRLs, analyze EV, EAC and manpower distribution, prepare quarterly Contract Status Reports (CSR) and prepare the annual Long Range Plan (LRP).
- Working closely with the Program Management and Business Operations teams to provide sound business advice for the Monthly CFO Financial Reviews for Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash.
- Providing training of Financial analysts and Control Account Managers (CAM)

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in DoD Program Finance
- Experience with managing full DFARS contracts
- Experience with Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash Forecasting for MFC
- Experience with leading a team
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinker and self-starter
- Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
Desired Skills:
- Familiar with PAC-3 and Lower Tier IAMD programs
- Confident in Management level presentations
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience with CSR and LRP preparation
- Experience with Electronic Financial Systems (EFS) tool
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
