Lockheed Martin Global Supply Chain - Staff Subcontract Mgmt / Grand Prairie, TX in Arlington, Texas
Description: Lockheed Martin (LM) Global Supply Chain (GSC) is seeking a Supply Chain Subcontract Mgr. to support the PAC-3 Evolutionary Development team. The successful candidate will support multiple development programs related to our PAC-3 missile system. PAC-3 Evolutionary Development GSC is a dynamic, influential team that interfaces directly with
Program Managers, Engineers, Supplier Quality and suppliers to identify the most producible solutions early in the design phase to support current and future missile systems.
Responsibilities will include:
* Soliciting, negotiating, and placing Purchase Orders with suppliers in P2P or SC Navigator
* Tracking and expediting purchased hardware
* Troubleshooting to resolve supplier issues or concerns with some mgmt. oversight
* Understanding program material requirements, Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) requirements
* Working cross-functionally with program teams and suppliers
* Presenting program status to leadership
Basic Qualifications:
Prior Supply Chain Experience
Prior Subcontracts Administrator Experience
Must have ability to obtain US Secret Security Clearance
Able to work effectively in a team environment
Able to support some travel when restrictions allow
Desired Skills:
Software Procurement Experience
Excellent written and verbal skills
Proficiency LMP2P
Proficiency SAP
Familiarity with LMAPs and procurement processes, TINA, FAR and DFAR Requirements
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
