Lockheed Martin Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager in Arlington, Texas

Description: You will be the Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager for our program team, driving efforts from award to closure. Our team is responsible for line of balance tracking, loading demand in ERP systems, and mitigating schedule risks.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager, you will lead our team in managing complex production schedules, budgets, and operations metrics. You will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements, managing functional leaders, and driving a data-driven culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing budgets and developing financial plans

• Leading functional leaders in creating and reporting operations metrics

• Mitigating schedule risks and resolving production issues • Developing and implementing process improvements

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize output

• Ensuring compliance with industry-wide best practices and processes

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college, or

equivalent experience/combined education.

• Experience with SAP

• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage

budgets.

• Related experience in MRP and ERP systems.

• Demonstrated ability to manage functional

leaders in creating, monitoring and reporting on

all executive operations metrics.

• Ability to obtain a security clearance; an interim Secret clearance is required prior to starting.

Desired Skills:

• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) extensive

user experience or implementation.

• Experience supporting MMAS (Material

Management and Accounting System).

• Knowledge of industry wide best practices and

processes for managing material flow throughout

the entire Production supply chain.

• Strategic thinker with lean manufacturing focus

• Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification.

• Experience working Program proposals to

establish labor budgets.

• Previous experience successfully creating,

leading, and sustaining a data driven culture.

• Proven ability to build and lead cross functional

teams to maximize output.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
