Lockheed Martin Senior Program Quality Manager- Arlington, TX in Arlington, Texas

Description: You will be the Senior Program Quality Manager for the Lower Tier Integrated Air & Missile Defense Development Quality Team. Our team is responsible for supporting the development of products that are affordable, producible, and meet or exceed our customers' mission needs by applying quality principles and managing risk.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Senior Program Quality Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a quality strategy to ensure flawless execution from development to production to sustainment. You will lead the team in applying quality principles to engage with stakeholders, validate work products, and ensure sound engineering processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

-Developing and executing quality management plans for the entire value chain

-Establishing effective cross-functional relationships for root cause analysis and continuous improvement

-Co-leading failure investigation boards and corrective action boards

-Collaborating with U.S. Government representatives and senior executives to ensure positive customer experiences

-Leading a component assessment group to ensure supplied components meet contractual requirements

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.

Basic Qualifications:

-Bachelors level degree or higher in STEM and/or equivalent experience/combined education

-Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain a Secret security clearance

-Experience as a team lead and facilitator

-Experience working with Government customers

-Experience in the recruitment and development of talent to strengthen the organization

-Experience with Engineering practices in Aerospace industry

-Experience with Quality Management Systems (i.e. AS9100, AS9102, AS9103, AS9145)

Desired Skills:

- Technical Engineering Degree (Software, Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, etc.) at Bachelors level or higher preferred.

- Knowledge of AGILE development methods

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes

-Implemented quality methodologies and familiarity with MFC policies and procedures

-ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

-Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification

-Earned Value Management experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
