Lockheed Martin Transformation Deliver Product/Service Product Owner (Virtual) in Arlington, Virginia

Description: The Operations Process Transformation team is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic Product Owner to own the development, execution, and deployment of the 1LMX Deliver Product/Service solution. This solution is a product within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) portfolio.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Work closely with leadership to understand the current and future needs of warehousing

- Lead the cross functional and virtual agile teams to deploy the 1LMX deliver product/service solution

- Develop and implement the product vision, roadmaps, and implementation plans

- Translate business requirements and capabilities into tangible technical tasks

- Act as the voice of the customer within the Product Streams throughout product deployment

- Support key Operations transformation activities in support of the Transformation (1LMX) Program

- Manage Stakeholder relationships, engagements, and buy-in

As a key member of the Operations Process Transformation team, the candidate will work on high performing team of multi-site, product owners and must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, time-management, and interpersonal skills.

THIS POSITION CAN BE WORKED FROM ANY LM LOCATION OR CAN BE FULL TIME TELECOMMUTING

TRAVEL MAY BE REQUIRED AS MUCH AS ONE TRIP PER MONTH

Basic Qualifications:

- Strong planning, communication and presentation skill and the capability to listen and influence

-The successful candidate must have demonstrated effective communication skills as the position will require frequent inter-organizational interactions.

- Proficiency in project management.

- Demonstrated ability to perform and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to balance technical requirements and techniques to improve customer experience

- Demonstrated collaboration and teaming skills at all levels of the organization and work experience developing effective stakeholder and partner relationships

- Experience managing across organizational boundaries

- Demonstrated Change Management/Leadership abilities

Desired Skills:

- Knowledge of product/service delivery processes (i.e., DD250) within Lockheed Martin

- Experience working at multiple Lockheed Martin Business Areas

- Project Management experience planning and monitoring projects using Agile/Scrum/DevOps principles.

- Proven ability to coordinate effectively across both Information Technology and Business Functional organizations
