UPS GBS Training Summer Instructional Design Intern in Atlanta, Georgia

Job Summary

This position develops training to meet the unique learners needs of Global Business Services (GBS) representatives who provide customer service through phone, email, and chat. This position performs other career related responsibilities as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Develops training materials in Instructor-led, Virtual Instructor-led, and eLearning formats using standardized guides and templates in addition to eLearning authoring tools

Preferences

  • Possesses excellent communication (written/verbal) skills

  • Displays strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Shows keen attention to details

  • Displays Ability to independently learn and perform complex, detailed processes

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

  • Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
