Job Description:

This position develops and maintains planning data for the International Finance and Accounting department. He/She is the administrator for all Business Plan and Profit Plan submissions loaded into the International Statutory reporting/planning ERP system (OneStream). This position aids in the analysis of Managerial data that is the output of a SQL process. He/She will work with a range of stakeholders globally - including other Corporate functions - to complete, validate, and align the various International Small-Package Plans. This position drives enhancements to our planning process in order to increases accuracy and streamline analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes and summarizes data in order to offer insight to upper level management.

  • Submits and maintains statutory planning data to ERP system (OneStream).

  • Analyzes issue logs to determine high-level drivers and prioritization.

  • Documents process enhancements to ensure correct implementation of updates to planning/allocation methodology.

  • Facilitates testing/validation of changes in system data flows and categorization.

  • Works with global functions to align planning timelines and meet deadlines.

  • Completes scenario analysis to identify opportunities and risks within the International Business Plan.

  • Writes Standard Query Language (SQL) scripts to analyze managerial output

  • Analyzes system issues to suggest new system processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent

  • Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent in Finance, Management Information Systems, Finance, or a related field - Preferred
