Come join our team as a Lead Barista for Friendship Market, located on the ground floor of the hotel our all-day café/boutique market which offers curated food, drink, and mementos from Georgia-owned businesses!

As a Lead Barista, you would be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and team member work ethic within the Friendship Marketin the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

This position pays $17.50 per hour (plus tips) and requires availability to work flexible shifts between the hours of 6 am and 12 am any day of the week/weekends/holidays as needed.

What will I be doing?

As a Lead Barista, you would be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and team member work ethic within the Friendship Marketin the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.Specific responsibilities of the position may include:

• Greets guests, as well as takes/prepares/services orders for beverages and/or food in a friendly, courteous, professional and timely manner to ensure total guest satisfaction
• Enters orders into a computerized system and settles check(s) upon completion of order
• Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards
• Upsells additional items to enhance profitability
• Has accountability for guest issue resolution and overall guest satisfaction
• Ensures that the market is stocked at the end of each shift, setting the next shift up for success
• Ensures that hotel standard operating procedures are upheld and that recipes are followed
• Ensures other baristas have finished both assigned tasks and side work
• Runs end of shift reports
