7+ years of experience in product management or software development.
Job Summary
Drive product design strategies and high-level plans within a product portfolio or major product line. Lead the execution of product initiatives by overseeing the entire product and delivery process, identifying key requirements, and delivering optimal solutions.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Defines and manages the product roadmap across multiple product groups, balancing stakeholder needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
Leads the product planning process by setting strategic priorities, identifying risks, and driving execution across product groups.
Oversees go-to-market launches, track key performance metrics, and drive continuous products iteration based on feedback.
Serves as a subject matter expert, solving complex cross-functional challenges and driving alignment across teams.
Uses analytics to monitor product OKRs, identifies improvement opportunities, and optimizes product performance.
Provides coaching and guidance to junior product managers, fostering a strong product management culture.
Builds and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development and delivery.
Advocates for best practices in product management, driving innovation and efficiency in the product development process.

Work Environment
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Education and Experience
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 8+ years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 5+ years of experience in a related field. Certification is required in some areas.
