HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

In the role as Manager, Enterprise Communications and Diversity & Inclusion Manager, you will oversee the company's strategic communication and diversity initiatives.

You will report to the Director, Talent Development & Corporate Communications and will be based in our Buckhead office (4-5 days a week on-site).

Enterprise Communications (70%):

  • Develops and executes a unified communication strategy across retail, distribution, and offices globally

  • Plans and implements comprehensive communication and engagement strategies aligned with company goals

  • Leads content strategy, internal communication, crisis communication, and stakeholder management

  • Writes, edits, and oversees all communication content, fostering effective internal communication

  • Builds relationships with various stakeholders and executives, serving as a trusted communications advisor

  • Leads corporate intranet, ensuring content alignment with organizational communication plans

  • Develops and maintains organizational communication processes for the intranet

  • Actively promotes intranet engagement, utilizing analytics to measure and improve effectiveness

  • Drives methodologies for effective communication across various work environments

Diversity and Inclusion (30%):

  • Collaborates on a communication strategy supporting diversity and inclusion efforts

  • Supports the design and execution of a comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategy aligned with company goals

  • Writes internal diversity and inclusion communication, aligning internal and external messaging

  • Facilitates alignment across the organization’s diversity and inclusion councils

  • Support D&I Steering Committee and Advisory Councils by synthesizing program recommendations, developing agendas, prioritizing action plans, and managing follow-up as needed

  • Develops partnerships with external partners to promote diversity and inclusion in the broader community

  • Supports corporate social responsibility communication and strategy as needed

  • Stays informed about industry best practices and benchmarks against other companies

  • Establishes metrics to measure diversity and inclusion efforts, sharing progress and insights regularly

WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Major in Communication/Journalism preferred

  • 4+ years of experience working in the Communication industry

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word; Excel, PowerPoint, and Planner

  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence individuals at all levels of the organization

  • Excellent communicator with experience communicating at all levels within an organization

  • Ability to synthesize and communicate results clearly and effectively

  • Energetic self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments

  • Project management experience

  • Critical thinking, problem solving, planning, prioritizing and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Previous retail experience preferred

  • Proficient in Adobe Cloud
